Tutorial: Updating Your RoboForm Software

Updating your RoboForm software is easy! To make sure that you are using the latest version of RoboForm, please follow the instructions below or watch a video on how to update your RoboForm software here.

1. Open Your Browser.

2. Navigate to Your RoboForm Toolbar. Click on the RoboForm drop down menu.

   

3. Click on "Help," then "Check for Update."

   

4. RoboForm will check to see if you are using the latest update.

   If you are using the latest version of RoboForm, you will see this pop up window:

   

   If there is a newer version of RoboForm available, you will see this pop up window:

   

   Select "Yes" to update to the latest version of RoboForm.

5. Click on the "Download" button next to the type of RoboForm license that you are using.

   

6. You may be redirected to the CNET Web site to install the latest RoboForm update. Click on the “Download Now” button to install the latest version of RoboForm.

   

7. The RoboForm installation process will begin. Follow the instructions to install the latest version of RoboForm.

8. Congratulations, your RoboForm update is complete!
